How I Work

From Zero to Domination in 4 Steps.

Every project runs through the same battle-tested process. No surprises, no scope creep, no waiting. You always know exactly where your project stands and what's coming next.

01
Step One

Discovery & Diagnosis

Before I touch a single pixel or write a single line of code, I need to understand your business, your customers, and your competition. This phase is about asking the uncomfortable questions: Why aren’t you ranking? Why aren’t visitors converting? What does your ideal customer actually search for?

I audit your existing site, analyse your top competitors’ SEO profiles, and build a clear picture of the opportunity. This becomes the foundation that every decision is made from.

What You Get
  • Complete technical SEO audit
  • Competitor analysis (top 5 rivals)
  • Keyword opportunity map
  • Current site conversion assessment
  • Written diagnosis and opportunity report
02
Step Two

Strategy Blueprint

No project starts in Figma or in code. It starts with a strategy document. I map out exactly which keywords your site will target, what content needs to be created, how the information architecture will work, and what the design direction will look like before a single hour of execution is billed.

This step exists to eliminate surprises. You approve the direction before I build it. Changes at this stage cost a conversation — changes after build cost time and money.

What You Get
  • Complete keyword strategy and content plan
  • Site information architecture
  • Design direction and moodboard
  • Project timeline with milestones
  • Fixed-price proposal document
03
Step Three

Design & Build

This is where most agencies go quiet and come back six weeks later with something you weren’t expecting. I don’t do that. I share work-in-progress at every major milestone. You see the design before the build. You see the build before the launch. Nothing ships without your sign-off.

Development is done to production standards from day one — proper semantic HTML, schema markup, image optimisation, Core Web Vitals compliance. SEO isn’t sprinkled on at the end. It’s in the structure from the start.

What You Get
  • High-fidelity design mockups for review
  • Staged development with live preview links
  • Full on-page SEO implementation
  • Schema markup and meta structure
  • Mobile and cross-browser QA testing
  • CMS setup and handover training

Step Four

Launch & Dominate

Launch day is not the finish line — it’s the starting gun. A new site takes time to earn Google’s trust. Content compounds month over month. Backlinks accumulate. Rankings rise. The real work happens in the 90 days after launch, and I stay with you through it.

Monthly reporting keeps you informed without jargon. I tell you what moved, what I’re doing next, and why. If something isn’t working, I say so and I adjust. No strategy is so sacred it can’t be questioned.

What You Get
  • Managed launch with zero downtime
  • Google Search Console & Analytics setup
  • Monthly SEO and traffic report
  • Ongoing content publishing (retainer)
  • Quarterly strategy review call
  • Priority support for site issues

Common Questions

Questions I Always Get.

How long does a website project take?

Most websites take 4–8 weeks from strategy approval to launch, depending on size and complexity. I give you a fixed timeline in the proposal and I stick to it.

When will I see SEO results?

Honest answer: 3–6 months for meaningful movement, 6–12 months for significant results in competitive niches. Anyone promising faster is either oversimplifying or overpromising.

Do I need all three services together?

No. Each service works independently. But they do compound when combined — an SEO-built site with a regular content programme outperforms either in isolation by a wide margin.

What happens after launch?

You can retain me for ongoing SEO and content, or take the handover and run it yourself. I train you on the CMS either way. No lock-in clauses.

Do you work with international clients?

Yes. All collaboration happens asynchronously with clear documentation so time zones are never a problem.

How do you handle revisions?

Design and content revisions are included as specified in your proposal. I use a structured feedback process so nothing gets lost in email chains. You see it, you comment, I fix it.
